Christmas in a Cup

Fresh Ginger Root (found in produce section of grocery store)

Cinnamon Sticks (found in spice section of grocery store) 

Raw Honey (found online or at local farmers markets)

**Never use pre-powdered herb from the spice section or tea section for medicinal use. It won't be strong enough.

​

Bring water to boil. Remove from heat. Slice up Ginger Root and add to water, along with a couple of cinnamon sticks. Cover and let steep for 10+ minutes. Strain the herbs from the tea. Add honey to taste. Enjoy!

Works for many ailments! Immune Booster, Warming, Anti-Inflammatory, Digestion, & more!

Great on its own or can add other herbs to this for added medicinal benefits!
